Over the span of 2 years (2020-2022), I improved Lymba Corporation's digital presence (their website, Youtube, & LinkedIn) and their content library (blog posts, sales PDFs, and general marketing material). It was undergone with the Director of Operations & Client Services (Nicole Moldovan). Key stakeholders included the CEO and the Sales & Marketing team.
Lymba is a Natural Language Processing and AI company based in Dallas, Texas that offers Knowledge Management software solutions to transform unstructured data collections into actionable knowledge. Lymba’s mission is to empower customers to manage the burden of increasingly large and complex, unstructured text data with natural language interfaces.

To demonstrate bolster the website's visual appeal, I crafted animated assets in Adobe Illustrator & After Effects.
Since Lymba is a B2B SaaS, it was important to improve the company's LinkedIn presence. In doing so, potential customers could be reached via LinkedIn posts & ad services.

Goals
AI (Artificial Intelligence) and NLP (Natural Language Processing) are tough concepts. In order to increase knowledge of the content to potential customers, I created informative video content for Lymba’s company youtube channel. The data was sourced from research, sales, and marketing materials.
I lead the production of Lymba’s Youtube videos, including making timelines, scripting, storyboarding, illustrating, animating, and publishing as the sole Designer at the company.

Results
Over the course of 2 years, I produced and released 24 videos on topics like AI & NLP in pharmaceuticals, knowledge management solutions for financial institutions, and banking solutions with NLP. Since then, the channel has amassed over 44.6K views and 500+ subscribers. The most successful video is "NLP 101: Ontology", with 35K views.

On the company website, a content library was crafted to store blog posts, Youtube content, training, and sales PDFs. The sales PDFs were crafted specifically for the Sales and Marketing Team and can be found on the website.
